RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY – SARAH CARTER CALIFORNIA (USA)

Sarah Carter California is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
This policy applies specifically to customers located in the United States.
2. Return period (United States)
U.S. customers may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, customers must contact Sarah Carter California within this 30-day period via:

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
3. Conditions for returns
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for a refund
The following items are non-returnable:

Hygiene-sensitive items such as socks, underwear, and similar garments that come into direct contact with the skin

Items where the original packaging or hygiene seal has been opened

Customized or personalized products
4. Return address

Sarah Carter California does not provide a domestic U.S. return address. The customer is responsible for proper customs declarations when returning items internationally.
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sarah Carter California is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping method.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If only part of an order is returned, only the returned items will be refunded.
Any shipping fees, customs charges, import duties, or taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
At this time, Sarah Carter California does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must return the original product and place a new order.
